Gina Gilliam is an experienced professional realtor. She worked tirelessly with me and my husband to help us find the perfect house. She was very involved with every step of the process from negotiating the offer, to the inspection and other requirements for closing, even helping guide us through the financing and loan. I highly recommend her and her team and would most certainly use her again.

Gina is amazing! She has worked with my family for over 23 years. She has helped us to buy 4 homes and sell 3 of them. I met Gina 12 years ago through another neighbor that Gina had helped them to find their dream home. (Turns out she had helped them several times with buying and selling.) Gina is the type of person that once you meet her, she is a friend for life. She truly cares about the people she meets and the people she does business with. We were looking for a very specific type of home and Gina never gave up. She found us what we were looking for. We were quite pleased with the selling price of our home and Gina's creative ways to get showings at a time when the market was not great. We hired Gilliam & Associates to sell our home in Cary after seeing their stellar reviews on Facebook groups. This was our first time selling a home and they were just the kind of realtors that we needed, very hands on.They were very responsive, respectful, professional, and helpful. In the end we took our home off the market after less than a week (even though we had an offer by the 2nd day) because we decided to stay in our lovely home for now :) We felt bad for wasting their time but they were gracious and happy for us. We will certainly use them whenever we do decide to sell again.

Was nothing but a delight to work with! We were purchasing a home in Cary NC for family members, but we live in New York. She made it so easy to find and select a home. She gave honest descriptions and evaluations of different properties as well as shot numerous videos of various houses. When my husband and I decided to sell our home, Gina came in and took charge. She helped us with great ideas about how to stage our home in order to make the most of every room. She took beautiful pictures and made the listing read and view in a way that just drew in potential buyers. We immediately had interest and multiple showings. Gina and her associates were very professional and responsive. I will definitely list with them again should the need arise! When my husband and I decided to sell our home, Gina came in and took charge. She helped us with great ideas about how to stage our home in order to make the most of every room. We've bought several investment properties through Gina in recent years, and have been thoroughly pleased each time. The last purchase probably showcases Gina's abilities the best. During the due diligence period, the inspector found some "interesting" results - like the fireplace had insulation, duct tape, and styrofoam shoved up into the bottom of the chimney. So, as part of our due diligence requests, we asked for the fireplace to be fixed, and to pass inspection by a fireplace specialist; it was obvious something was wrong with the fireplace. I'm not quite sure whether the listing agent didn't pass things along to the seller or what; nothing was done by the sellers or listing agent. Gina ended up scheduling a fireplace inspection on behalf of the seller, the day before we were scheduled to close... the inspection found that there were major issues and the fireplace completely needed replaced, and surrounding wood rot replaced. Closing was postponed while the seller repaired the issues... during which time Gina was wonderful about talking to the town permit department to ensure that some 'questionable' choices their contractor wanted to make weren't permissible, talked repeatedly with the contractor, and frequently visited the site and sent me pictures when I had to be out of town for a week before the (rescheduled) closing. She *definitely* went above and beyond to ensure that the repairs were done to my standards (and legally!), and ended up communicating frequently with the sellers, after they reached out to her directly due to the unresponsiveness of their listing agent. If it wasn't for Gina and her team going the extra mile to ensure that things were addressed, the purchase would NEVER have closed. Gina is certainly good at the smooth, easy closings... but it's the times when you really need someone to go to bat for you and represent YOUR interests, even if you're out of town, that she's priceless!!!We've bought several investment properties through Gina in recent years, and have been thoroughly pleased each time. Gina has sold and help me buy several houses over the last 20 years. We met each other as agents at Better Homes and Gardens-Howard Perry and Walston. We worked together for several years and became good friends. Because of that friendship and knowledge of Gina's business skills, I chose to use her to sell my house in Raleigh and buy one in Fuquay-Varina. About 10 years later, I had her help me purchase another home in Fuquay-Varina. Gina has the patience to deal with a former real estate agent with lots of opinions and needs. She also shared her experience over the last 20 years to guide me in purchasing a home in Fuquay. Whenever I sell or buy another home, Gina will be my Realtor of choice. Me and my wife used Gilliam & Associates realty when we decided to purchase our very first home. Gina was very helpful because it was the first time we ever bought a home. So of course we had many questions. Gina was very patient with us and helped us figure what was best for us. She never pressured us into anything. I would say this is the best realty company in the Triangle. We had dealt with others before they did not take the time and made us feel not welcomed, This made us put off purchasing a home. Until we found Gilliam & Associates. Gina made us feel like a part of the family. Even after we looked at 10 houses and decided against buying.
